The purpose of this activity was to facilitate the exchange of experience and knowledge among participants from various schools, with a focus on improving skills in the field of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and exploring different applications and approaches related to organizing school trips and virtual learning paths.

Activities:

Day 1 (25/06/2023):

Arrival: Participants arrived. Dinner: Dinner was served. Day 2 (26/06/2023):

Welcome from the host school’s director + Coffee break: Participants were welcomed by the host school’s director and had a coffee break. Digital course with a focus on ICT – Training workshop: Participants took part in a digital course focusing on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in a training workshop. Lunch: Lunch was served. Socialization – Martinsicuro city tour: Participants toured the city of Martinsicuro. Free time: Participants had free time. Dinner: Dinner was served. Day 3 (27/06/2023):

Meeting at the hotel: Participants met at the hotel. Workshop at the Martinsicuro Kindergarten + Coffee break: Participants attended a workshop at the Martinsicuro Kindergarten, followed by a coffee break. Lunch: Lunch was served. Digital course with a focus on ICT – Training workshop: Participants took part in a digital course focusing on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in a training workshop. Certificates of participation: Participants received certificates of participation. Free time: Participants had free time. School Orchestra Concert: A concert performed by the School Orchestra took place. Dinner: Dinner was served. Day 4 (28/06/2023):

Meeting at the hotel: Participants met at the hotel. Workshop at the Villa Rosa Kindergarten + Coffee break: Participants attended a workshop at the Villa Rosa Kindergarten, followed by a coffee break. Lunch: Lunch was served. Visit to nearby attractions: Participants visited nearby attractions. Dinner: Dinner was served. Day 5 (29/06/2023):

Meeting at the hotel: Participants met at the hotel. Project meeting focusing on plans and priorities + Coffee break: Predefined project plans and priorities were discussed, followed by a coffee break. Lunch: Lunch was served. Workshop at the Martinsicuro Kindergarten: Participants attended a workshop at the Martinsicuro Kindergarten. Free time: Participants had free time. Dinner: Dinner was served. Day 6 (30/06/2023):

Full-day trip to Rome: Participants took a full-day trip to Rome. Day 7 (01/07/2023) – Departure day: Participants departed.

Digital course program:

Multitasking: The course aimed to provide an overview of different applications for the preparation and implementation of a school trip or a virtual learning path. Planning: Before the educational outing: Multimedia presentation with Canva Creation of the visit itinerary with Ozobot Knowledge check with Kahoot/Panquiz/Nearpod/Wordwall During the educational outing: Satisfaction questionnaire with Survey Monkey After the educational outing: Creation of drawings based on the lived experience with Autodraw/Doodle3D Final escape room with Genially Storytelling of the experience with Scratch Creation of the visit itinerary with Minecraft Education Modeling gadgets for 3D printing with Tinkercad

The tangible results of the activity carried out during the specified period (25/06/2023 – 01/07/2023) are as follows:

Certificates of participation: Participants received certificates of participation in the activity, confirming their involvement in the courses and workshops.

Improved ICT skills: Through courses and workshops focused on Information and Communication Technology (ICT), participants acquired and enhanced their ICT skills, including planning and implementing school trips and virtual learning paths.

Experience in organizing school trips: Participants gained experience in planning and managing school trips, including the use of digital tools for this purpose.

Creation of digital projects: Through digital workshops and courses, participants created digital projects, such as multimedia presentations, trip itineraries, and other education-related resources.

The intangible results of the activity carried out during this period are as follows:

Confidence development: Participants gained confidence in their technology-related skills and their ability to efficiently organize educational trips and virtual learning paths.

Increased knowledge: Participants acquired additional knowledge about Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and how it can be applied in the field of education.

Collaboration and exchange of experience: The activity fostered collaboration and the exchange of experiences among participants from different schools, allowing them to learn from each other and develop professional and personal relationships.

Increased motivation: Participants were motivated to improve their educational practices and introduce innovative elements into the learning process, which increased their motivation and enthusiasm for their work in schools.
